Service Manager
Tri-State Truck Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department at our Springfield, Missouri, dealership. As a family-owned business since 1945, we take pride in building lasting relationships with our customers and providing dependable service they can trust. As an authorized Mack and Volvo dealership, we are committed to delivering quality repairs, outstanding customer service, and keeping our customers’ trucks on the road. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of previous experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience managing a service department or leading a team of technicians is highly preferred. Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks is a plus. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, lead and develop a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, maintain efficient workflow, and drive service department performance and profitability.
